Do I need a website or domain already?
No. Every store gets a working subdomain (yourstore.ekiavu.com) the moment you sign up. Add your own domain later if you want one — renewal is handled for you.
Can my customers track their orders?
Yes. Once your store's set up, turn on customer accounts from your dashboard and your shoppers can create an account, see their order history, and track each order's status.
What am I actually paying ₦5,000/month for?
